    I'll elaborate a bit:

I just bought a new iPad Air. My saved games are on an iPad 2.

I'd like to transfer my saved games AND my in-app purchases on my iPad Air. Is that possible?

I think that if you did a backup of the iPad 2 and a restore backup in iPad air you should have the savegame already there.
    If you can't...
You can download again BG2EE (or BGEE) and buy again the inn-app (but you won't pay for them again).
For the savegames, you can use iFunbox with a PC (or a Mac) coping the savegame folders from iPad2 to iPad air (or if you can't do that, copying from iPad 2 to Pc and than from PC to iPad air).

I think the method to transfer to PC should work, just copy to PC and back to next ipad:

Just backup your old Ipad to Itunes in a computer and restore in your new IPad. It will transfer all the saves in all the games as well any documents and configurations in other programs you may have.
