#5583 [CORE] - Celestial Fury's Blindness range and AoE is BIG

I've found that when you use the blind spell from this weapon, instead of affecting a single creature with a range of 40f, it affects all the creatures in the area, party included.
I haven't looked at this with NI yet.

    That's handy. :) Let us know what NI has to say about it, looks like an item bug to me.

    @CrevsDaak took a look with NI and found that it's target is set to 257, IDK what target this is but this is causing the bug for sure.
    @Illydth tagging you because ^ that's what NI says and to ask if this should be marked as CORE.
    Edit: tagged CORE anyway.
