[BUG] Scepter of Radiance

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I am in the Maze level...I already have the scepter with the 3 gems but the portal does still assume i need it. Does anyone have this Bug?

    @Jota, can you zip and upload/attach a saved game for inspection?

    @Troodon80 thanks for your help I already solved the problem, it seems I misplaced my VigilStone so I couldn't enter the portal!
