Modding alignment with 2DA files?

Hi, some time round November I asked about druid alignments in general discussion, and a very helpful forum goer linked me the file below to modify the alignment rules. The problem is I then encountered an exam, BG went off the radar, and I've only come back to it now (conveniently in time for the next set of exams...), and I never did anything with the file. Coming back to it now, I don't even know what to do with the damn thing, how do I install it and get it working?

    To install it just drop it in your override folder located in the same directory as the CHITIN.KEY.
    That file will make Druids capable of being LN, CN, TN, NG and NE, like Bards.
    EDIT: the file had some mistakes so I corrected them. You can find the new version of the file here.
