Language-specific characters in Baldur's Gate

Some time ago @CameronTofer told me to make such a thread but it was burried under different posts and I wasn't really sure where I should place it. Since someone on the Polish boards asked me a question about it, I'm posting it here.

Since I like proper typography – and I'm sure the game will look better with it – I'd like to request characters such as:

– quotation marks „” U+201E U+201D
– dash – U+2013

Furthermore, though there's never been any problem with texts in games, it appears that Polish-specific characters such as ą, ę, ć, ż, ź, ó, ł, ń, ś weren't displayed in custom-written biographies in BG.

While we're at it, and though I'm sure Cameron's already aware, I'll formally request the following character:

    û

which is used in words like "Faerûn" and "Selûne".
