mouse scroll not working FIXED

I have bgee and bg2ee installed and working fine on win 7 64 until my motherboard went down. I replaced my motherboard and now my mouse scroll will not work in these games but works fine everywhere else. Only changes made were from an amd board to intel board and I copied the bgee and bg2ee directories in the documents directory back to where they belong. Also went from 4 gig memory to 8 gig. Any help would be appreciated.

    @uatu reinstalled mouse drivers, the same drivers I installed before installing baldurs gate
