Where is Guardian Telwyn? (If you killed him during Dorns quest)

  Doubt it. In general NPCs don't respawn in the BG games

  You can always console him in and RP he has been resurrected.
  
  If you value RP, then speak to him with a NPC that was not there when you killed him or use polinorph self and RP you polimorph into another human.

  same problem, and would like to console him in, but can't find the code for him (it's not Telwyn)

  I prefer resolving Dorn's quest in a way that doesn't get him killed (you need good charisma on the protagonist and the right dialogue choices), but the code is SCTELWYN.
