Mod to remove weapon proficiency limits.

Hey everyone, I am looking for a mod that will allow any class to reach the max level in any weapon type / style they can use. I used it once with BG Trilogy but I can't seem to find it again. Does anyone have a link to it? I'd really appreciate it!
