I've found Elaine to be my personal favourite out of all the Forgotten Realms novel writers. As a friend of mine said - she's no C J Cherryh, but she's a well above average writer who sould have been a lot further up the list of D&D writers than she was.
I'm not actually going to say that ... oh why the hell not. He doesn't visit these forums. Actually he seems a nice bloke, and I don't want to hurt his feelings.
But this is off topic - back to Minsc. I could get into details about how head injuries affect self control. It's common with repeated mild to moderate knocks about the skull - which is why you find a lot of ex-boxers in prison after they went berserk for real! I think needs his own special Minsc kit. Wouldn't it be great to be allowed to play a psuedo Minsc as a PC, and choose your own Boo-alike!
