    I just like the idea of the Planar Sphere more. Even if you can only ever take it for a trip that one time :)

    I like the idea of a super-powerful mage having apprentices. And you can get cool stuff.

    Sphere, because walking all the way to the castle seems too much of a work for me :P

    @bengoshi‌ is of course correct. The Planar Sphere is by far the best stronghold as far as I'm concerned. It's cool, it's unique, it's right in the middle of town and is pisses off the cowled wizards that you have it. What more could you want?! :D Oh cool apprentices, granted mine usually die but magic is a harsh mistress! ;)

    The Cannibal Halfling Den, no doubt about it. Only the Druid Grove is better equipped for my camping needs.
