language glitch on mods

Hello Everyone!

Need help with a problem. When I download mods for bgiiee, they download in either Hebrew or Arabic, neither of which I read. Can someone tell me what causes this glitch and how to fix it?

    I didn't even know that mods were available in Hebrew or Arabic. Which mods are those? From which site are you downloading them? Which software/browser are you using to download them?
