Ir'revrykal and Fallen Paladins

I've wanted to try playing a Fallen Paladin who uses Ir'revrykal, and so I do the Hell Tests, get my alignment changed to Lawful Evil, and suddenly, I find that I am still unable to use the Unholy Avenger. I realize this is probably because I am not a paladin anymore but a fallen one.
Is there anyway to change Ir'revrykal to be usable by Fallen Paladins in addition to Blackguards?

    I feel like the sword works as a blackguard-only weapon. While it's true that fallen paladins can sometimes become really evil, you could say the same about normal fighters. Fallen paladins generally aren't as evil as blackguards. Of course, if you really want your fallen paladin to use it, there's probably some kind of mod you can make if you know how, I guess.
