[Known] "Prism the Sculptor" journal quest should close when returning the emeralds to Oublek

1. Load attached save.
2. Speak to Oublek (1).
3. Speak to Oublek again (1).
4. Speak to Oublek a third time (3).
5. Open the journal (J) and click on Quests if not active.

*Observed*
"Prism the Sculptor" journal entry is open.

*Expected*
"Prism the Sculptor" journal entry should be closed.

*Note*
Various journal entries are closed if Oublek isn't lied to earlier, these should probably be the same for the lower reward path.

    State 15 has only one response which references text response 39. Initially, this response was blank but does successfully terminate the dialog. Making response 39 match response 5 will work--terminates the dialog, erases the journal entries for Prism, then adds the solved quest to the journal *but* the string reference 27346 will note an incorrect amount if you lied to Oublek at first (it will say you received 300 gold when you received only 200).

    Perhaps one new string entry to reflect the smaller amount as well as poke a little fun at Oublek's expense?
