Moonblade - any way to be used not only by Xan?

So the question - is there any way to make Moonblade usable not only by Xan, but any other character(including PC)?
Btw, I've tried Near Infinity and DLTCEP editors, but no result(( 99% Cause of my bad knowledge in such programms, but still.

Im playing BG:EE, if it makes any difference.

    In NearInfinity simply open item_use.2DA and delete the line:

    SW1H13 XAN 10220 2

    Or rename the item.

    ...get it to import into BG2 with a Thief and choose Use-Any-Item HLA. (That's the only semi-legal way).

    The UAI HLA ability in BG2:EE doesn't let you use character-specific items (it's a deliberate change), like Jan's armor, so I guess it won't work with Moonblade either.

    You should be zapped by 20d10 lighting if you try to wield a moonblade that isn't yours.
