[Known] Voice clip plays a second time over the top of it self

Drasus voices his line twice, one over the other.

*Expected*
Drasus should only say the line once.

*Note*
Line "I'd er rather skip the..." is spoken as "I'd er I'd er rather rather skip skip the the..."

Walk to the right/up to encounter a conversation, the short quip played when the dialog is initiated is repeated a second time before it had finished playing the first time. (I assume it shouldn't play a second time at all?)

    It's not only Drasus, I heard this bug from few others NPC. I think is connected to the line "Let me pass the ceremonies and immediately start the serious work" (i was translating from polish, propably it sounds different)

    Sorry, but i don't remember. I only know i heard this 3-4 times before Drasus fight. If i will hear it again i will mark it here.
