    Maybe Alveus is one of the pre-generated characters for IWDEE? We know that there will be a party of pre-generated characters. Alveus as one of them... I'll take it!

    But if he's also a halloween-egg NPC in the game, I'll take it too :)

    If Alveus is one of the pre-generated characters, they should have modded it to make it impossible for him to level up :)
