I cannot access my epic feats or feats..

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I was just wondering how do you access the feats or epic feats. I have chosen a few but cant find where to access them? is that a bug?

    What class are you playing?
    For fighter based classes they should be on your special ability button.
    If you're a caster, they are added to your spellbook.

    Also, certain abilities such as "use any item" permanently change your character, therefore are not accessable by the special abilities buttom.
