Anyone noticed bugs in the spell descriptions?

Heya!

I've made a peculiar discovery. Spells such as e.g. "Lower Resistance" has a spell description which says it's both a abjuration/alteration spell. However, as a transmuter you cannot cast it, but as an abjurer you can (even though it's an alteration/abjuration spell). In my opinion, either both classes shouldn't be able to cast it, or both should be able to cast it - to make it "fair".

Is this a bug or just some miss from the developers of the game? :-)

    This may just be an error in the description of the spell. I am guessing it should be listed as just an abjuration spell and not an alteration spell.
