If you take a drink at the tavern of ust natha (by the bartender), the character who drank is periodicaly interrupted in its movements, as if he had a script that loop every time.

if you can pass me a save file sure. the fix was generalized to polymorph rather than regen so it should apply.

yup, this looks to be fixed along with the other issue (after a moment of panic where i was testing it in the wrong branch).
