you can rotate the curent 2-2-2 formation but it will be:
2 4 6
1 3 5
you can put frontliners on positions 2, 4, 6 but this creates problems when switching to other formations where you want meleers to stay in the front
...t-formation is similar but it's hard to maintain when shooting long range because the two rearmost characters can't reach the target so they break formation which i find annoying for a number of reasons.
