Gifted copies not working (IWDEE)

Hello,
I purchased four copies of IWDEE today, for me and my three brothers.
They are unable to install the game after redeeming the codes I sent them and the games are still listed as giftable on my beamdog account.
Help would be much appreciated.

    Tell them that they should get the according installers from here: http://www.beamdog.com/icewind-dale-enhanced-edition/installers

    I tried that already, the link doesn't work for them.

    After redeeming their codes, Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition for Mac Os X appeared(which 404's if you follow the link), but the PC version does not appear and the games are still listed as giftable on my account. They are however unable to use the redeem codes again. After sending them them the installer it tells them that their accounts are not provisioned for this title.

    Send an email to support@beamdog.com, they'll solve your issue for sure.

    Contacting support fixed it.
