Animals and NPC's spawning all over the place

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.3.2064)
So i get all these deer and pheasants that spawn everywhere, along with random commoner NPC's. I almost can't even play the game without killing some of them, whether it be in town or a dungeon. Sometimes they spawn so quick that I can't even move on the screen or the game just freezes/crashes!

    Which platform is this for and what version of the game do you have on it please @kraykray‌

    Are you doing anything like quicksaving immediately as you enter areas then reloading them. There was an issue with this that should have been addressed in the 1.3 patch. (issue 8038)
