  What do you actually mean in the OP, @iam1 ? I guess the fact there're no answers has something to do with the uncertainty of what you're inquiring about.

  To answer your question I'm not sure. As far as I know it still exists.

  Well, from what I know there was supposed to be things added to it, like custom portraits and stuff, or extra areas, or whatnot.
  
  Like sure, it exists as it is atm, but what use does it have for anyone?
  
  (I only own Windows version of game so...)

  Ohh well the android and ipad versions sell for cheaper. But as a result you don't get Dorn, Hexxat, Neera or the extra portraits and sound sets that you get in the windows version. So buying those is what the store is for.
