Sendai is unkillable

Unsure if this is some sort of a bug with me having some SCS installed but I am giving this a shot anyway. When Sendai presents herself after having had her clones killed, I cant get her to die. She is stuck on "near death" forever... She doesnt start teleporting or anything. Do you know what I can do? I have tried CTRL-Y but she wont die.

This is actually the first time I am this close to completing TOB... It would be such a shame if I couldnt end it cause of this.
