Editing proficiencies

I want to do one simple thing: give the Assassin the chance to have two stars in one handed proficiency using Near Infinity. How do I go about completing this daunting task?

    I honestly haven't even looked at Near Infinity, yet, but if you get EEKeeper it's probably easier. Just open your character, go to the proficiencies tab and add the stars.

    Alright, heres another one: single weapon style gives a +1 to critical hit dice, how do I turn that into a +2 bonus for the second star spent? I think that would finally make it a worthwhile ivestment
