#12065 - Cloak of the Sewers Mustard Jelly form should use same stats Polymorph Self

Repro steps (by Tresset):
1. Load attached ToB save game.
2. Observe Sarevok's and Neera's resistances. Notice they have none.
3. Tell Sarevok to polymorph into a mustard jelly with the cloak of the sewers and tell Neera to polymorph into a mustard jelly with the Polymorph Self spell.
4. Compare Sarevok's new resistances to Neera's new resistances.
Observed: The mustard jelly form of the cloak of the sewers gives the following resistances:
Expected The mustard jelly form of the cloak of the sewers gives the following resistances:
Notes: It looks like the relevant file, polyochr.cre, is based more on an ochre jelly than a mustard jelly. I would suggest doing one of a few things:
(preferred) 1. Change polyochr.cre to have the characteristics of a standard mustard jelly (i.e. the same as jellmu.cre).
(preferred) 2. Make plyjello.itm's polymorph effect reference jellmu.cre instead of polyochr.cre
3. Change the description of the Cloak of the Sewers so that it says you can turn into an ochre jelly instead of a mustard jelly. Also would have to change polyochr.cre so that it is named "Ochre Jelly" instead of "Mustard Jelly", and it wouldn't hurt to change it's Class and Animation to that of an ochre jelly.
