Stuck in Vicross's place - Bell of Summoning?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I must be totally blind, but can someone point me towards the bell of summoning? Just killed Vicross, I'm supposed to ring it to leave the area but I am just walking around in circles scratching my head.

    Funnily that little area in the middle is the first thing I tried to interact with.....and came back to several times. How did I not see the great big bell hanging off the side lol.
