Bugs With Game Download/Install

I've recently purchased a copy of BBEE for another computer through Beamdog. When i first tried to download it, i got the "The Signature of BGEEInstaller.exe is corrupt or invalid" I proceeded on downloading it by "Run anyway" and was able to install and play the game. But when I try to export a character, it wont export and i cant find them when i try to import them. Also when i try to save a game, it wont be there when i come back to load it and it wont let me delete the 3 test saves i some how managed to save. PLEASE HELP!

    I would try re-downloading that installer or maybe try to repair the install.
