#12376 Combat music should play closing tags

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter combat in any Enhanced Edition game (BG, BG2 or IWD)
2. Defeat all creatures in combat scenario so that combat music will end.

Why does the combat music fade out now instead of using the end music clips as designated in the .MUS Music Control files? Has the audio/music engine been redesigned such that it can no longer process that portion of the segmented music? Example combat music file from Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition ('--' denotes beginning/end of file):

# B1 is loop

Instead of fading out, the combat music should be ending with bjrz.acm or bjrzb.acm based on the above tags.

Is this the intended functionality of the revised sound engine? I'd be really sad if I didn't get to hear the resolution portion of the combat music!
