Pick pocketing

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Is is still possible to pick pock Drizzt? With potions I can buff up to 265 and I am still unable.

    As of the latest (1.3.2053) version of BGEE, Drizzt is equipped with his scimitars, thus you can't steal them (you can't steal equipped gear).
