#15314 Wild Surge 13 should replace the character paper doll with that of a wolf

Neera managed a wild surge polymorph, doing a critical fail I think. Anyway this happened - see attached jpg. I think a programmer was feeling a bit fritzy when he/she did this! She looks like a winter wolf in play and has paw attacks. I am using a Mac running the latest update of Yosemite.
