#15425 [Rasaad] Heretic Temple exterior staircases should not be accessible from the sides

[Spoiler] During Rasaad's quest, in the Heretic Temple Area, if you go to the top of the Temple, there is a staircase (The one that leads to the interactive hole atop the Temple), the staircase on the left can be walked straight through. Not an intended feature of a staircase. Intended behaviour: One must walk up a staircase. Actual behaviour: You can just walk right through the wall as if there is no elevation to get on-top of the Temple. Minor "bug", but still shouldn't exist. Call me pedantic if you want lol.
