Where do i find Rasaad in BG2:ee?

i haven't seen him yet and been through almost all of athkathla... i would like to recruit him as early as possible though and can't find anything about him on google and the likes so where can i find him? also did they add any new companions besides neera, dorn and rasaad?

    Rasaad is found near the fountain in Trademeet, not in Athkatla. He can be picked up very early, as you don't actually have to do the Trademeet quest to get him in party. In addition to Neera, Dorn and Rasaad, Beamdog also added another character named Hexxat.

    The info screen with all the characters that pops up when you start the game tells you where you meet each of them. It's also a teensy bit spoilery though.

    I had too many people so he left my party and said he would return to trademeet. I want him again.....Where is he the next time? I can't find him anywhere.....

    I have the same question, I didn't add him when I met him in Trademeet, and now I want to find him. Where does he go?

    @zkvjkv and @nsr and others who declined to include Rasaad into your party with the first try:

    Rasaad is still in Trademeet, even after that. Without markers permanently on and perfect pausing timing he's very hard to find, obscured by some tower :/ He's at x=1723, y1803.
