in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I've left the crypts area without completing the scrolls part....how do I get back in?

    Seriously though, I don't think the crypts close when you walk out, they shouldn't at least.
    Is the holy symbol still on the bowl in the altar at the crypts entrance?

    The holy symbol disappears and the door opens permanently. Just move your mouse around in that area. IIRC, the door symbol appears farther back than it looks like it should.

    ahh I was looking in the wrong spot, I kept hovering over the symbol of the hand and not seeing the staircase going down. Took me way too long to figure that one out...

    Don't worry, people forget about stairs all the time. Just be thankful that your moment was in a game, and not in real life.

    Or maybe that just happens to me.

    This crypt is pretty much the only part I actually like out of that patch/expansion.
