[Windows] [Steam] Chapter 3 not end...

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.3)
Hi, all. Pls help. When i kill Tazok and make all in this quest, chapter 3 not end, and locations of cloakwood not open!(( What i can do?

    Have you been in the big tent and picked up the letter from the chest?

    The trigger is either disarming and unlocking the chest or reading the letter inside, I can't remember which.

    Did you kill the prisoner? I think that might break it.

    I dont remeber! but pick up all in tent.. maybe i don't read one letter. With prisoner i talk, this write in my journal. But i dont remember what i done with him...
