Observed: no icy explosion effect on hitting enemies in BGIIEE
Expected: an icy explosion effect on hitting enemies in BGIIEE (as it did in BGEE)

It's a cool effect (literally) - it should be in :)

    This has already been reported (see List of Known Issues: "A visual effect should be shown when cold damage is applied"). Tagging this with the existing bug number. Thanks.
