Missile APRs

I recently edited a Firetooth crossbow to do 5 apr + improve haste = 10apr
It only shoots 5 times and it is end of round.
What am I doing wrong?

    If Improved haste (or any haste for that matter) is active then the rounds are cut into half rounds. So it would auto pause every half round and you would have 5 attacks between round end auto pauses. I suspect you are doing nothing wrong and this is what is happening.
