#18593 [ToB] Korkorran journal update should not mention Hexxat's humanity if not discussed

When talking to Korkorran, the journal updates to mention his conversation with Hexxat and offering her humanity, even if that dialogue did not take place.

Expected: Journal update should only occur if the relevant conversation takes place.
