#18603 [ToB] Necrotic barrier journal entry should not appear when returning to Amkethran

Upon returning to Amkethran after defeating Korkorran, the journal updates with "There is a magical barrier barring our way", rather than anything appropriate to quest completion.

    Hi @Pantalion I'm not able to replicate this. Do you have a save before, or failing that, one from afterwards.

    I managed to recreate this from a save back just before coming to Amkethran. You should be able to Ctrl+J over to Korkorran to trigger it. You may need to Ctrl+Y Neera if you progress normally through, however, since this time I killed the gnome guy before Neera spoke her line so she's about to have a dialogue loop as soon as the lich dies.
