#18669 Ust Natha should not remain sealed if the Matron Mother is not present

Same old story. I guess I took too long getting to Phaere to talk about the dragon eggs and she aggroed on me. I grabbed the eggs but Matron Mother Ardulace did not spawn. I have butchered every single living thing in Ust Natha yet I am still utterly trapped. I'm on Android so I can't get to the console to fix it and EE Keeper isn't helpful for changing maps or spawning mobs.

I'm attaching my save file here, as I've seen a few posts where it has been fixed, so I'm hoping for the best.
