Racial enemy

Is it only possible to have a racial enemy as a ranger, or have they made it possible to add it to other classes/kits if you so wish?

    Using the original UI (e.g. picking a racial enemy during character creation), no. However, it is pretty easy to emulate it using a spell that allows the character (either via selection a la Spell Immunity or via a dialog menu) to pick a racial enemy and receive the appropriate bonuses.
