Is there an easier way to create dialogue?

Hello,
what is the easiest way to create new dialogue or modify dialogue (new responses, new triggers to certain situations, new npc reactions) for NPC's? I am currently using NearInfinity, but it takes ages to do so (since it's not really user friendly when it comes to editing dialogue files).

Any other programs out there that can easily speed up the process?

Near Infinity is a terrible way to write dialogue. You're much better off opening Notepad (use Notepad++) and typing down the code yourself. Once you understand the basic format everything is copy and paste.

Is there an easier way to create dialogue?
