BG:EE update is available

The BG:EE update is available. I'm using the Beamdog client. 2.9 GB to be downloaded. It's a bit bigger than the 1.3 update.

    You're not in the beta? What's the exact version number displayed on the first menu?

    I'm not in the Beta. The exact version number is V2.0.62.2

    I am in the beta on Steam and am also running v2.0.62.2. I don't think the forum is going to load your Tiff image, you'll need to use PNG or JPG I think.

    Hmm.

    I started the BG launcher this morning on my Mac (OS X) and got the update. There were no V2 release notes displayed, just the update. The BG2 launcher on OS X also displays the update but no release notes.

    On the same MAC, in a WIN 10 virtual machine, neither launcher showed an update.

    it'ss safe to say once the patch is up on steam it will compress itself when finished. but dang 3gb.

    Try closing and opening Steam, or opening and closing a Steam game.

    Closed and opened both Steam and a Steam game with no luck. I even uninstalled and reinstalled BGEE with it saying it is still patch 1.3.

    Available via the game's launcher on Windows. Presumably also on Beamdog client.

    It should be up there now. You'll probably need to opt out of the v2.0 beta, though.

    Update is live for windows version on steam, downloading now.

    The beta and non-beta both contain the same v2.062.2 version for me on Steam. Steam might still be in the process of distributing the update to its distribution centers. Try:

    Steam
    Settings
    Downloads
    Download Region (Change this to a more popular location and restart Steam)

    The standalone launcher is not giving me the option to update. I'm still running 1.3 for some reason. This is for Windows BGEE and BG2EE.
    *EDIT* Of course it suddenly works right after I posted this. Been trying for 15 min to get it to update.

    There should be a yellow/orange '+'-sign instead of the regular 'play'-sign .

    My launcher has been stuck on "Getting Download Info" for almost 20 min now. Has something gone wrong?
    *EDIT* according to my previous post its been more like an hour...

    It happened the same to me, i just closed and opened again the launcher and the it worked
