Creating your own party in 2.0

Does anyone know if there's still supposed to be a main protagonist in 2.0 when you create your own party? I gave the new feature a try by creating a two-person party, but there's no indication of which character, if any, is charname. The BIOs for both characters seem to indicate that they are Gorion's wards.

I then tried creating a party the old way - through multi-player - but again I don't see any difference. The old multi-player interface made it clear that the first character was the protagonist, but that doesn't seem to be there anymore.

    Thank you for responding. I also confirmed this when I went a little farther in:
    I checked one of the assassin's notes and saw charname's name on it
