Die Rolling Effect from the Character Creation Screen? I've never heard that in my life...

Definitely "You must gather your party before venturing forth . . ."

Although the "You have waylaid by enemies and must defend yourself!" would be a close second, but is conspicuously absent from your list.

"I serve the flaming fist" as a distant second
but "Dice rolling" on a close third.

Ha, looking through the poll options made me vividly recall playing BG (it's been a while now)! And waiting for the 18th became that much harder... than it already was. :)

Both of these are burned in my memory, for sure. "I Serve the Flaming Fist!" is memorable, too. The "squeak" sound when you click on Boo in the inventory. And, Minsc's "Go for the eyes Boo, go for the eyes, rawrh!"

Really there is no competition. The best is when the line skips and he sounds like he's rapping.

"You must gather... you must gather... you must..."

For me it is the priest's greeting at the temple of Helm in Nashkel, with that wonderful, ethereal choral music swelling in the background, and he says "Ah, intrepid travelers at our door."

"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."

Even when I'm old and senile, I'll will probably remember this.

    Lol, same.

The constant bird chirping loop when you're in the rural areas of the Sword Coast. I eventually just turned down the ambient volume control.

    Okay...

"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."
"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."

    Yeah, I got it.

"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."
"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."

No really? And here I thought after 100 hours of playing this game, I didn't have to...

"You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth."

For me also it was one of the very prevalent bird sound effects. I never got tired of it. No idea what bird it was but every time I hear that particular kind of birdsong I think of BG.

Oh, and also a sound effect of children laughing and playing that is used ALL THE TIME on film and tv. It made a starring appearance in the opening of Diddy Kong Racing: youtube.com/watch?v=Ce_l_YX_MUg

    Also, since playing Baldur's Gate 2 with Anomen as my cleric and having Level Drains all over the place;

"Might we stop, the day was not this long even when I led soldiers in the Order!"

    I hate that fatigue effect...

Yes, another really common sound sample is the birds chirping in the forest that you hear in this here game.

And yet another one is the explosion sound that I believe was first used in Halo 1 for fragmentation grenades. That is everywhere.
