Can the "web" spell be dispelled?

    Hate to necro this, but Web is still a problem even in SoA/ToB with SCS installed. Enemy spellcasters will actively attempt to dispel any buffs you have (including Free Action), so pre-buffing becomes a thing of the past in most cases. Web is really nasty in that WK fight with the 3 Beholders on the Final Seal level, because they start the fight by webbing almost the whole room, then using their Anti-Magic Gaze to repeatedly dispel any buffs you put up. You pretty much have to lure them out of the room to fight them, so that you don't get screwed by the Web.
