Crash please help/ game break

in Troubleshooting
after fight with drow in the arena, 5th fight or so, of the black pits 2, the game crashes as i warp back to the "halls/stores" area. this is after ive won. Ive done it like 15 times.
My question is also - i tried to use cluaconsole to fix this, but my baldur.lau file keeps overwriting the changes i make to is. any answers to these?

    Is there any gear dropped on the floor, and if so does picking it all up help. Also, what game version are you running.
