Fixing back button in levelup

Hello,

This small tweak fix the back button that is currently never activated in the levelup screen :)

Search for clickable lua "not chargen.levelingUp" and replace the two occurences with clickable lua "chargen.levelingUp"

    That doesn't happen to me. Is there a specific condition?

    There might be specific conditions for the issue to appear. I haven't seen it myself, but from what I've been told the button was disabled (temporarily) because of a bug.
