NPC continuity

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
okay so quick question here... If I were to have Dynaheir and Safana in the same party and I eekeepered Safana to a swashbuckler and dualed Dynaheir to a cleric, then I beat the first game with them, would they import into SoD with those changes?

    At the beginning of the first dungeon is when characters are "loaded" (as part of the SoD startup processes for a new game with an import from BG1EE). So, a character's class(es), level, exp, etc. would all start from that point. This is why, if you pick up Safana as a party member (for example) in BG1 and you don't ever advance her past level 4, she will start SoD at level 4. If you use EEKeeper to make her a Swashbuckler, she will be picked up in SoD as a Swashbuckler.
