I guess it is polite to introduce yourself when you join a new forum! Baldur's Gate is a series dear to my heart. I grew up watching my dad play the first one (and begging him to make bad decisions based on the whims of an eight year old girl :P) and Shadows of Amn was one of the first games I ever played, and the one that got me hooked. The release of Siege of Dragonspear has brought that nostalgic love roaring back.
I was quite leery of the enhanced editions at first, but I have had nothing but fun with them. I appreciate Beamdog for breathing new life into a childhood staple and I hope it breeds a new generation of fans and fan content, and I look forward to future projects.
